Welcome to Willow Lodge

At Willow Lodge, we offer a vibrant and welcoming environment where comfort, independence and wellbeing come first. We provide a true home-from-home experience, with purposeful living and meaningful daily activities that encourage connection, choice and enjoyment. Our care is delivered through a household model, where people live together in smaller, close-knit home environments of around 9-12 people, supported by consistent teams who work across the rhythm of daily life. This approach creates a calm, supportive community, strengthens relationships and enables highly personalised care, while helping people to feel safe, valued and truly at home.

Our care approach is one of collaborative creation and getting to know each other is the first step. You tell us what makes you happy and together with the people who know you best, we will create a plan of care and support together. This makes sure all your physical, social, spiritual and emotional needs are met in the way that you want.
