Meet Chris Durnan, Home Manager of Acer Lodge
It is Chris’ responsibility to lead Acer Lodge’s heart-centred care approach as well as the day-to-day running of the home.
Chris began his healthcare journey as a care assistant at a local nursing home, where his passion for helping others quickly became evident. Over the years, he has held various roles, including Clinical Development Lead, Promotions and Marketing Manager, and Registered Manager—a role he held for six years overseeing five homes in the North West.
With his wealth of experience, genuine compassion, and commitment to heart-centred care, Chris is well-equipped to lead Acer Lodge.

They bring warmth, patience, and a deep commitment to each person’s well-being, fostering a supportive and joyful atmosphere where everyone feels valued and respected.
