Whenever you have a question or a specific concern, any member of the home care team will be happy to help. A plan of care and support can be reviewed and revised at any time but the earlier we know about concerns you may have, the better.
CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN AND MY PET TO VISIT?
Both intergenerational care and pet therapy are extremely beneficial for our residents and under normal circumstances, children and well-behaved pets are very welcome.
CAN I TAKE MY RELATIVE OUT FOR A TRIP FROM THE HOME?
Yes, we actively encourage this and any other regular activities. All we ask is that you let us know when you are going and where.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY RELATIVE IS ILL OR GOES IN TO HOSPITAL?
Our team will always inform the appropriate Next of Kin of any changes in circumstance or health concerns.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I THINK MY RELATIVE NEEDS AN APPOINTMENT?
Our homes have weekly visits from the local GP and we also can arrange hairdressing, dental and podiatry appointments on request. We ask residents or family members to speak to one of our team members in the first instance if you have a specific request.
