Samantha is a proactive professional with over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, operations, and business development within the care home sector. As a Master NLP Practitioner, Hypnotherapist, and Business Coach, she enjoys mentoring future leaders and sharing her knowledge. Having held senior roles at Barchester Healthcare, Anchor Trust, Sanctuary Group, and Excelcare, Samantha has the experience to develop and grow the EQ Care portfolio. Her vision for EQ Care is to create homes that are well-integrated with local communities, where people are proud to live and work.

Louise has over 15 years of experience in healthcare, with senior roles in Regulations & Compliance, Business Support & Development, Quality & Risk, and Operations. Passionate about delivering quality care, she has developed the skills to lead teams and collaborate effectively. Louise focuses on improving policy, risk, and quality. Having worked her way up, she inspires teams, advocates for the right support for those in her care, and drives positive change in a competitive market.

Matthew is a registered mental health nurse and care leader with 15 years’ experience in Deaf residential services, intellectual disabilities, and mental health. Fluent in BSL as a CODA, he specialises in regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and inclusive care. Matthew also serves on the Social Care Nurse Advisory Council and is a trained FoNS Clinical Supervision Facilitator.

Bringing 12 years of experience in training and recruitment with TUI Travel, Racheal is a key member of the learning and development team. While her background isn’t in care, her passion and skills make her a natural fit. Racheal has trained staff in roles across destinations like Mallorca, the Greek Islands, the Alps, and Thailand. Now, Racheal creates training programs to help our care home teams deliver outstanding practices across all our homes.

Tammy has spent 21 years in recruitment, 17 of those in Health & Social Care. With experience working at Sanctuary Care for nearly 9.5 years and some smaller provisions such as Clarendon Care and Gray Healthcare, Tammy is passionate about finding the right people who truly share our values. After all, caring for someone’s loved one is a decision that should never be rushed.

Rosanna provides comprehensive support to the EQ team across a variety of areas, including logistics, administration, communications, event planning, and procurement. Her professional background includes seven years of experience in the residential sales and lettings markets, followed by a transition into the property development sector. With an in-depth understanding of the entire operational journey, Rosanna ensures we remain effective and efficient.

With a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design and over six years of industry experience, Priya has a combined passion for creativity with strategic marketing. Priya’s background in design led her to a dynamic career in marketing, where she gained valuable experience across various roles. From branding and digital campaigns to content creation and social media strategy, Priya brings a creative approach to every project at EQ Care Group.

Aaron manages the financial operations of our care home portfolio, ensuring accurate reporting, efficient cash flow, and strategic planning. He develops processes that support the company’s projects and works closely with senior leadership to provide insights, manage consolidations, and streamline financial systems, contributing to EQ Care Group’s growth and success.

As Assistant Management Accountant at EQ Care Group, Ki is responsible for producing management accounts, overseeing payroll, and managing accounts receivable and payable. With a focus on financial accuracy, Ki ensures smooth financial operations. Currently working towards his ACCA qualifications, Ki is committed to expanding his expertise and supporting the financial success of EQ Care Group.

With over 10 years of experience in finance across multiple industries and a strong academic background, Raquel holds a degree in Business Studies and Spanish from the University of Roehampton. At EQ Care Group, Raquel manages accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll support. With a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency, she helps ensure smooth financial operations, supporting both our teams and the wider organisation.

Chris began his healthcare career as a care assistant and has since held roles including Clinical Development Lead, Promotions and Marketing Manager, and Registered Manager, overseeing five homes in the North West for six years. He is committed to prioritising well-being, fostering inclusion, and focusing on dementia initiatives and positive risk management. With his experience and dedication to heart-centred care, Chris is well-equipped to lead Acer Lodge.

Kevin became a Registered Mental Nurse in 1988 and transitioned to the private sector in 1993 as a Deputy Manager. Since 1994, Kevin has been a Manager/Registered Manager, and now leads The Maples as Home Manager. Proud to work for EQ Care Group, a company that values acceptance, personhood, and respect he believes in treating others as I’d want to be treated and embrace the challenge of setting new standards of care at The Maples.

Lianne started her care sector career over 25 years ago as an assistant and worked her way up, becoming Senior Care Assistant, Deputy Manager, and eventually Manager. Lianne is committed to improving the lives of both those in her care and her team. With a strong passion for providing quality, heart-centred care, her approach aligns closely with EQ Care’s philosophy.

With over 15 years in healthcare, including 10 as a Registered Nurse in various specialties, Claire has gained extensive experience in the care sector, critical thinking, and team leadership. Passionate about fostering meaningful relationships, she strives to create a supportive environment for both the people in our care and the team. As Home Manager at Cedar Lodge, Claire is committed to providing heart-centred care.
